850645e816 Bug 1474258 - Remove the "listheader" binding and move the remaining styles to "richlistbox.css". r=bgrins 
The content of this element is always overridden and the "xul:button" display mode is unnecessary, so the binding can be removed. The styles that control color are moved to "richlistbox.css" in preparation for the removal of the "listbox" element.

312b570c68 Bug 1472529: More nsFind cleanup. r=mats 
The general setup is that the State struct is used to iterate over text nodes
explicitly, and keeps references to the ranges so that we don't need to pass all
them around everywhere.

We need to teach nsFindContentIterator to rewind into NAC to be able to get rid
of mIterNode, which was getting out of sync when we failed to rewind to the
anchor node.

Test that a video which tries to autoplay via either a play() call or via
an autoplay attribute:
* Plays when it has a pre-existing "allow" autoplay-media permission.
* Is blocked when it has a pre-existing "block" autoplay-media permission.
* Plays when it doesn't have a pre-existing autoplay-media permission and
"allow" is pressed on the door hanger.
* Is blocked when it doesn't have a pre-existing autoplay-media permission and
"block" is pressed on the door hanger.

5de0228062 bug 1460595 - Remove events from main pings and, thus, TelemetrySession r=Dexter 
This requires we take unsent event records out of about:telemetry since its
"Current Payload" view only looks at the "main" ping.
