fa8cf3a28f Bug 894884: Use ro.moz.ril.query_icc_count property, r=vyang 
Our original property name ro.moz.ril.have_query_icc_lock_retry_count
is longer than the maximum of 32 characters and gets filtered out by
Android at runtime. This patch introduces a shorter property name
instead.

The attribute retryCount is deprecated and removed by this
patch. When it lands, all users of retryCount have been
converted to getCardLockRetryCount.

Most of IndexedDB is relying on asynchronicity. This is fun, but in the
present case, it can trigger bad behavior: upgrade being performed in
the wrong order. This can be a big issue if one further update depends
on a previous one, which is the case for adding messageRecord.type.

545d682d16 Bug 893242 - Part 3: Add ContentParent::GetAllEvenIfDead(). r=bent 
To do this, we got rid of the explicit removal of a ContentParent from
sContentParents in MarkAsDead().  Instead, we rely on
LinkedListElement's destructor to remove the ContentParent from
sContentParents.

Thus, a ContentParent stays in sContentParents until it's destructed.
ContentParent::GetAll() checks whether the ContentParent is still alive,
so its behavior is unchanged.

21412f80a2 Bug 893242 - Part 2: Make sContentParents a StaticAutoPtr. r=khuey 
This eliminates a static constructor, which is good.  It also avoids a
problem at shutdown: If we leak a ContentParent and we destroy
sContentParents atexit, then sContentParents will assert that it's not
empty and cause test failures.

7d06ad2847 Bug 868896: Use REQUEST_GET_UNLOCK_RETRY_COUNT on emulator, r=vyang 
With this patch, Gecko sends REQUEST_GET_UNLOCK_RETRY_COUNT to rild
when the retry counter for a lock is being queried on the emulator.

On devices other than the emulator the function returns the error code
REQUEST_NOT_SUPPORTED, which is precisely the behavior we currently
implement.

The marionette tests for getCardLockRetryCount test retrieving the
retry count for 'pin', 'puk', and an invalid lock type. The former
two must return success or 'NotSupportedError', the latter may only
return 'IllegalAccessError'.

86b5023ccf Bug 875710: Added getCardLockRetryCount to nsIIccProvider, r=vyang, sr=mounir 
This patch adds getCardLockRetryCount to nsIIccProvider and its
implementations. This method allows callers to query the number
of remaining tries for unlocking a SIM-card lock. Supported locks
are 'pin', 'puk', 'pin2', 'puk2', 'nck', 'cck', and 'spck'. The
call returns a DOM request that returns the retry count in its
success handler, or signals an appropriate error.

Reading the retry count is an optional feature and may not be
supported for all lock types. In this case the DOM request receives
and error with the name GECKO_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED. For an invalid
lock type, the error name is GECKO_ERROR_GENERIC_FAILURE.

getCardLockRetryCount replaces retryCount in nsIDOMMobileConnection,
which is now deprecated.
