686f97a24b Cache nsIClassInfos for all Python classes. This works around a bug in 
XPConnect that is soon to be fixed, but also allows us to take advantage
of the XPConnect caching, and to save rebuilding the same class info for
short-lived objects created repeatedly.

12c8df1a7a Fix for bug 98597. The event held onto from the document's load handler was bogus by the time we sent it to the XMLHttpRequest's event listeners (DOM events have members that are stack-based and, despite being reference-counted objects, should not be held across a call.
