Use a table indexed by bit depth to provide a better "scale factor" when

263cf7dc11 Push up GetPrincipal to nsINode (as GetNodePrincipal). This way all nsINodes 
(content, documents, attr nodes) can return their principal as needed.

3d59a68ee7 When we don't find a </script> tag, we should put the entire rest of the document into the script element, but not execute the script.
