f7e6769fdc Bug 590654 - Let JavaScript read embedded nulls from input streams 
Adds a new method to NetUtil (readInputStreamToString) that will read a string
with or without embedded NULLs from an input stream.  Also adds the needed API
on nsIScriptableInputStream to make this happen.

* rename mozilla::Module struct entries to be clearer
* change Module documentation so that the last entry is { NULL } in all cases (the compiler will 0-expand the structure)

c611ebcd81 Bug 568691 part A - register static and binary components using data tables rather than programmatic nsIComponentRegistrar methods. This part contains the important needs-review bits of the change: part B contains the mechanical changes to each module in order to actually get a working build. This moves nsISafeOutputStream.idl into xpcom/io and makes nsAStreamCopier
handle nsISafeOutputStream correctly (calling finish instead of close).
