f9b64e775c bug #7032 Changed nsIWidget::Resize(...), nsIWidget::Move(...) to 
use PRInt32 instead of PRUInt32. Modified Mac, and Linux to match.

nsIWidget - removed GetAbsoluteBounds - Not needed. Can use WidgetToScreen instead.

2564e77725 Fix for bug #10563 where we were triggering a post condition assertion. Changed

022dd79bc6 Sending wrong length when putting data on the clipboards, 
double byte chars need twice the space. Wrongly assummed nsString.Length()

ua.css - Added select[multiple] rule for multi-select listboxes without a size
Fixed form submission for gfx checkboxes,radiobuttons, and select by rewriting GetNamesValues.
Added nsListControlFrame::GetSizeAttribute and nsListControlFrame::GetNumberOfRows
Added logic to nsCSSFrameConstructor::ConstructSelectFrame and nsListControlFrame::Reflow
to handle the case of a multiselect select without a size specified.

f49a234635 Fix for bug #3605. The problem was that when creating table caption and table cell 
frames we weren't pushing a new float context. That meant floated images had an
incorrect parent frame pointer
