65ad250d3c Bug #157566 --> Enhance MailNews to work with WinZip's "Zip and e-mail" shell extension. Several 
MAPI enabled apps delete the attachment file before we return from the MAPI call. Make our own copy
of the attachment file. Patch by Cyril Chaboisseau.

While I'm here, clean out some nsFileSpec code and replace it with nsIFile equivalents.
