Focus related changes: when the window loses focus, the window must be deactivated ( cursor should stop blinking ).
When the window is given focus again by the window manager, the window must be activated ( the same cursor should start blinking ).

When printing from the embedded application, allow it to set the print frame, BG colors, BG images
in the print settings, according to the preferences.
Also changes for ShowTooltip ( it was broken ). Known problem - the location is broken if the page has frames
and the tooltip is inside a frame.

814b876053 Bug 224829 - docshell should not require non-gecko interface nsIBrowserHistory. This was fixed by introducing a new interface nsIGlobalHistory2 to replace the current nsIGlobalHistory. dfe3513814 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. Moved nsFileSpec and related classes into this obsolete library.
  Moved nsRegistry and related libreg functionality into the obsolete library.

Updated many callers using the obsolete nsFile spec to use nsIFile and Necko to do file IO.

Combined the following DLLs (source -> dest)
  uriloader -> docshell
  shistory -> docshell
  jsurl -> jsdom
  gkview -> gklayout

Moved nsAdapterEnumerator out of xpcom/ds and into mailnews, since they're the only consumer

Modifed the xpt_link tool so that you can specify a �only include� cid list that can mask CID�s that you are not interested in.

Added build options:
Prevent the building of xpinstall (--disable-xpinstall)
Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService
