50d4e367af Bug 841789, patch 1: Rename nsIFrame::GetStyleContext() to nsIFrame::StyleContext() since it can never return null. r=dholbert 
This makes it conform to our convention that getters returning pointers
that can never be null do not begin with "Get".

31f1898810 Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching.
