caac17b8ba Bug 614526: Pass AI_ADDRCONFIG to getaddrinfo if PR_AI_ADDRCONFIG is set. 
Filter the various localhost names to work around a AI_ADDRCONFIG problem
with loopback addresses in some implementations.  The patch is contributed

9ad9fc306a Bugzilla bug 362768: commented out the _pt_thread_death call in _PR_Fini 
that was causing a hang on Mozilla shutdown.  It may not be safe to call
