c0fc6a93d5 Final try at bug 351968 -- make relative topsrcdirs work, fixing the last build errors. bd0498be74 Bug 277122 - XUL preprocessor #else-type conditions are evaluated relative to the result of the previous condition only (with one visible result being that #ifdef/#elifdef/#else/#endif doesn't work correctly if both the ifdef and elifdef conditions are true). Enable nsDirectoryViewer to build, this is enables geckos to work around bug 347782
Don't build nsHTTPIndex at all.
