2b01440bc0 Factored string bundles out of necko. Fixes bug 42107 - need to fix string bundle init workaround. Also bug 40506 - nsIWebProgressListener needs status text. Status messages now work in mozilla and viewer with internationalized and parameterized text! Added temporary error architecture until bug 13423 can be fixed. bfb8fe0af9 Too many OnStopRequest(...) calls were being made by the memcache in AsyncReadStreamAdaptor::Cancel(...). It turns out that Cancel() is called more than once. b8c3a871df some bulletproofing code. I got a random crash here (sorry, I lost the stack) because the 
downstreamlister was null.  trying to reproduce.  at least now it will only assert.
