d7d854cab3 Fix for Bug #2115 Modified nsStringUtil.h as suggested in Bugzilla. 
Fix for Bug #4219 Fix for scribble. Removed NET_PollSockets()
call from AfterDispatch. Scribble works now under WIN32.
