Mike Hommey	8022e9e91e	Bug 1376704 - Remove szip support in the linker. r=snorp ... Since bug 1307886, we don't actually use szip anymore, and don't even have the option to package Fennec using it. We can thus remove the support for loading them, as well as on demand linkage.
