fe6dc08fc3 Bug 884362 - Use AutoJSContext in nsScriptSecurityManager::LoadPolicy. r=bz 
This cx is just used for rooting etc. As such, we really just want whatever
cx is on the stack, but want a default if the stack-top cx is null (which it
sometimes is, here). And that's exactly what AutoJSContext gives us.

f06e741959 Bug 877478 - Fix tests that depend on creating verboten instances in content. r=mrbkap 
XPConnect generally throws when trying to create instances of non-DOM objects
in content. Due to some bugs this has historically worked in certain cases, but
we're fixing those now. So we need to fix the tests that do this sort of thing.

f2943090bd Bug 868130 - Remove the lion's share of JSAutoRequests in gecko. r=gabor 
There are still a handful that either are used with other runtimes, or that
happen very early/late in cx the lifetime of various things where it doesn't
necessarily make sense to have a cx on the stack. This should definitely ensure
that we're not doing double-duty with the nsCxPusher change, though.

This code is an nsDOMClassInfo callback that doesn't care about the cx per se,
and just wants to operate in the scope of the active global of the
nsIScriptContext. We have a more direct way of doing that.

0c8ee65118 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.

There's no longer any reason why "certificate principals" need to be principals at all.
I tried to rip them out entirely, but it looks like they're still used vestigially at XPI
install time to display author information. But there's no reason that they have to be
porkbarreled into the security-critical objects that we pass around all over the place.
So let's make them their own deal.

I was tempted to call them "certificate holders", but that would involve renaming methods and
cause more compat fuss than necessary.
