81d70d88d1 Bug 1499386 - Implement @supports selector() syntax. r=heycam 
This implements the selector(<complex-selector>) syntax for @supports.

See https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/3207 for explainer and
discussion.

Probably would should wait for that to be sorted out to land this, or maybe we
should put it behind a pref to get the code landed and change our
implementation if the discussion there leads to a change.

9aeb8183fd Bug 1444185 - More consistently round around fallback data. r=mstange 
To avoid trimming pixels at the top / left.

This makes it closer to non-WR[1], and fixes both the checkboxes getting
cut off and the master password field.

[1]: non-WR at least at 124 scaling on a hiDPI display is still perfect, though I saw nin symmetric borders at other resolutions, so we might be able to improve here further.

This test now passes with WebRender enabled, but it's still fuzzy with WebRender
disabled, so just enable it when WebRender is enabled.

e3df11afd8 Bug 1483946 - Fix CSS containment issue with scrollable elements - r=dholbert 
Scrollable elements already trap all of their contents, nothing should spill
out, so there is no need for special handling of the `contain` CSS property.

4f4992fc3d Bug 1431255 - Part VIII, Adjust videocontrols tests to test on UA Widget r=jaws 
Duplicates the unchanged tests to xbl dir, ensuring the legacy XBL
videocontrols continue to work.

Opt out of related reftests until we've found a way to load the UA Widget in
reftests. Also opt out of DevTools test until a decision is made on the
representation of UA Widgets in the inspector.

f473f4d560 Bug 1472555 - Part 1 - Remove listbox crashtests and reftests. r=bz 
Most of the removed tests are specific to listbox code, some are related to fixes already covered elsewhere, and some have no associated fix and were originally checked in just for good measure.
