d7e6e4df20 Turning on scripts by default. This should just show an error or two 
and not affect how pages show up.  If this proves not to be true we'll
turn it back off.  But it will help show where we are.

changed nsNativeWindow to be nsNativeWidget.
added more code for compositor back-to-front pass.
improved text performance on X.
changed nsHTMLTagContent.cpp so that it will build with MSVC 4.1.
