b96d5f84ab Checkbox construction now gets the resolved moz-checkbox style on creation. 
Fieldset's block frame now gets the flags with the spacemanager set if it is being absolutely positioned.

The value first comes from the frame, then from the presstate then
from the default selection in the content

8a61da905b Having to move gUAStyleSheet back into nsLayoutModule to reduce leak. Static nsCOMPtrs

[1] Cutting down the size of content. Made nsIJSScriptObject inherit from nsIScriptObjectOwner
[2] Cutting down the size of content. Made nsITextContent inherit from nsIContent.
[3] Cutting down the size of content. Moved implementation of nsIDOMReceiver to nsListenerManager. This is not true aggregation since it isn't transitive, but it's OK for now. It will be necessary for nsListenerManager to have a reference to its content in the future anyway, so the transitivity could be done.

4d43de09aa Fix 32199 (visibility:collapse is not being interpreted as hidden on block and inline level elements) and parts of 21701 (misuse of style attr mVisible). In the following files, replacing disp->mVisible with disp->IsVisible() is a BUG FIX: nsBlockFrame, nsBulletFrame, nsHRFrame, nsHTMLContainerFrame, nsImageFrame, nsTextFrame. In all the other files, replacing disp->mVisible with disp->IsVisible() or disp->IsVisibleOrCollapsed() is merely a SYNTACTICAL CHANGE.
