21dccaeace Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 91b7c60bee Bug 83536. 
Merge script principal implementations into one class.
Should reduce footprint, speed up calls to caps a little bit, and fixes several memory leaks.
Also fixes bugs 211174 and 211263
