028508841d fix for regresson bug #346172 
dragging a link into firefox and dropping it onto a tab opens it in the focused tab, and not the desired tab.

this regression was caused by bug #333791

01e4b38a00 fix for bug #342105: Close button not shown if there is only one tab 
per beltzner:

"The close button should be shown, with the effect being that it disposes the
tab and immediately opens a new one. Strange behaviour surely, but I think it's
the easiest and most reliably understandable case."

90d29fd7ea fix for bug #343019, tab scrolling does not handle window resize well 
fix for bug #342890, make tab min width 125 px by default (down from 140 px)
  and heed the hidden browser.tabs.tabMinWidth pref.
fix for bug #342385, get the hidden browser.tabs.tabClipWidth pref working.
  It was actually working, but I've changed the default to 115 px to match
  the 125 px default value for the browser.tabs.tabMinWidth pref.

also, some code cleanup and whitespace fixes.

6f17959796 Fix for autocomplete widget crashes and misbehavior. This reverts the original fix for bug 192577 since that makes it difficult to reliably determine whether the autocomplete popup is open. Bug 192577 is re-fixed by adding a property to nsIPopupBoxObject to allow the "rollup event" behavior to be specified by an XBL binding. We then set this to "consume" for the urlbar dropdown, so that clicking on the button a second time only dismisses the popup, and skips dispatching the event. Additionally, this change makes us only have a singleton AutoCompleteController for all inputs (this was already the case for HTML inputs, but not XUL inputs).
