Instead of creating a new binding that extends the radio binding to remove the actual
radio input from the DOM, with this change we use the default radio binding and hide

Giving all these nodes ids doesn't seem like the right fix. `buildArea` already ignores skipintoolbarset

e9deab270e Bug 1414786: Do not match caption's labels with child combinators. r=dao 
Nested captions are not used, nor nested labels inside captions.

Another approach would be to just move all our captions that currently use
<caption><label> to use <caption label="">, and get rid of the <xbl:children>
element.

Let me know if that's preferred, but seems not necessary to me.

c2d58c7edd Bug 1412932 - Set MOZ_PGO for configure; r=ted 
The mechanism by which PGO builds are kicked off is kinda wonky.

The MOZ_PGO environment variable is recognized by configure and setting
it will result in MOZ_PGO being defined in substs. In addition, the
build backend (previously client.mk, now Makefile.in) also recognizes
MOZ_PGO (from mozconfig or environment) and takes appropriate action.

In-tree mozconfigs set MOZ_PGO via mk_add_options. mk_add_options
is intended as a mechanism to inject state into client.mk and the
make-based build system.

In addition, there is code in mozharness (unchanged by this commit)
that sets MOZ_PGO if appropriate.

A PGO build configuration is different from a non-PGO build
configuration. Therefore a make-centric environment variable to
control PGO is not ideal. Instead, this should be defined as a
configure-time flag and the build invocation should key off that.

This commit normalizes in-tree mozconfigs to set MOZ_PGO via
ac_add_options and updates the PGO documentation to recommend
this method.

6d2553f61f Bug 1402689 - Clear tab's "busy" attribute on LOCATION_CHANGE_ERROR_PAGE. r=dao 
If the busy attribute was not set by (STATE_IS_NETWORK & STATE_START), and the
loading results in an error, it's possible that the busy flag never gets
cleared. In this case we can clear it when receiving location change with
LOCATION_CHANGE_ERROR_PAGE.

When digging into this bug I found nsBrowserStatusFilter::mFinishedRequests
and mTotalRequests counters can be incorrect on parent side since we've applied
the filter on both child and parent processes. This hasn't seem to be causing
a bug yet but it's potentially problematic, so adding a warning in
nsBrowserStatusFilter.

I spoke to Marco about this and it turns out the problem is due to using PlacesUtils.history.insertMany together with
PlacesTestUtils.visitsInDB. Calling the former to insert the visits and then immediately calling the latter to verify
them can result in the latter reading a snapshot of the places DB that is not up to date. The fix is to call
PlacesTestUtils.addVisits which will not return until everything is finished up and will therefore not cause
PlacesTestUtils.visitsInDB to possibly read an old snapshot.

Migrated to simply use PopupNotifications.jsm. Additionally, this
changes the behavior to always have two buttons and a remember
checkbox. When selecting allow with remember, it will behave like
the always allow option previously, but when selecting block with
remember, it will move that page into a quiet mode with respect
to Flash - i.e., no plugin overlays will show anymore, and instead
you will just see the plugin icon in the URL bar, which you can
continue to interact with as before.

9252435548 Bug 1410794 (attempt 2) - Change some |string| occurrences in nsIPrefBranch.idl to |ACString|. r=erahm. 
This makes the code nicer. In particular, it removes many getter_Copies()
calls. The patch also converts a lot of nsCStrings to nsAutoCString, which will
avoid heap allocation in the common case.

The patch also renames PREF_CopyCharPref() as PREF_GetCStringPref(), because
it's actually getting a string, not a char, and that matches the existing
GetCString() and GetDefaultCString() methods. Correspondingly, it also renames
PREF_SetCharPref() as PREF_SetCStringPref().

The |aPrefName| arguments in nsIPrefBranch.idl remain as |string| because they
almost always involve passing in C string literals, and passing "foo" is much
nicer than passing NS_LITERAL_CSTRING("foo").

It's worth noting that early versions of this patch used |AUTF8String| instead
of |ACString|. But it turns out that libpref stores prefs internally as Latin1.
And |ACString| is compatible with Latin1 but |AUTF8String| isn't, because
non-ASCII Latin1 strings are not valid UTF-8!

77124f8a0d Bug 1409245 Part 3 Handle update and uninstall events in WebExtensions r=kmag 
This patch just forwards invocations of the bootstrap update() and
uninstall() methods to events that other parts of the WebExtension
framework can listen for.  We have an existing event that fires while
an extension is being uninstalled.  This event was named "uninstall"
but it gets renamed here to "onUninstalling" to disambiguate the two
events.

bd9cd045d4 Bug 1400259 - Add will-change:transform to the panel in order to work around a compositor bug. r=mconley 
The bug has something to do with ContainerLayer nesting changes being mishandled:
a new ContainerLayer for the transform is being inserted around the container
layer for the opacity, which has an intermediate surface.
This change makes the outer ContainerLayer permanent so that the dynamic
insertion case is not hit.
