43d08d340f Disable parsing of 'marker', 'run-in', and 'compact' in a less hacky way. (Bug 636029) r=bzbarsky 
This simply removes all the code for the values.  This removes a
special-case that would otherwise need to become more complicated in a
later patch in this series.

e00fee0e90 Bug 450944 - Implement -moz-window-shadow functionality on Mac OS X, r=hwaara sr=roc. 
This patch turns on window shadows for transparent windows by default, so the identity popup and the "edit bookmarks" popup will get a shadow, too. ui-r=faaborg
