0a3a624149 Make it possible for protocol handlers to configure how CheckLoadURI should 
treat them via their protocol flags.  Remove the protocol list we used before.

- Make the HTTP, FTP and file channels implement nsIPropertyBag2 and associated
  interfaces (by inheriting from nsHashPropertyBag)
- Use that interface to expose a "content-length" property giving the length of
  the data as a 64-bit value on the FTP and HTTP channels
- change docshell and xpinstall to use nsIPropertyBag2 instead of nsIProperties
  to read/write the referrer property

21dccaeace Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 849d297364 nsIComponentManager API Changes (bug 98553) 
a) create a new nsIComponentManager with only four functions on it:
CreateInstance CreateInstanceByContractID GetClassInfo GetClassInfoByContractID.

b) rename the old nsIComponentManager to nsIComponentManagerObsolete.

c) fixes callers which use to access the nsIComponentManager for component
registration functionality.  These callers will temporary use the
nsIComponentManagerObsolete interface.

d) Create a new API NS_GetComponentManager() which mirrors the
NS_GetServiceManager()

e) Perserves the old NS_GetGlobalComponentManager().  Note the cast usage.
