96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). e628e82cc1 Remove some knowledge about drag-drop innards from nsFrame.cpp by refactoring 
shared code into utility methods in nsContentUtils.  Use the new methods to fix up
nsContentAreaDragAndDrop to make it possible to drag image <objects> and image

2faa2566a0 Move things that aren't author stylesheets out of nsDocument's mStyleSheets array to simplify stylesheet management code.
