f40f5bbc3f removed ifdef's and replaceed them with if/then/else for GFX Lists and Dropdowns, 
now they can be turned on with a boolean instead. This will help with debugging later

2cffdd24de Put in a canonical pixel scale when images are being read in for the size. This reduces

6464eafc57 Now line boxes are allocated out of the pres shell arena. This reduces the 
overhead of memory allocation, and it gets us recycling which speeds up
resize reflows
