ce605c88aa Bug 1266448 - part1: fix remaining TooltipToggle callback;r=ochameau 
In bug 1270462 we changed the expected return value of the hover callback
used for the toggle tooltips. All callbacks were migrated except one in
markup.js. This changeset fixes this as well as a test which was depending
on it.

62400e0cd7 Bug 1270215 - Ensure we display properly cased node names all across the devtools. r=jdescottes 
Add a displayName property on the NodeActor, which compute from Element.prefix + Element.localName.
The computation is made by a getNodeDisplayName function which can be imported wherever needed.
Edit some tests to ensure we correctly display node names.

Watch for the tab's `beforeunload` and destroy RDM when it happens.  This
resolves issues with session restore getting confused about the state of content

dc14cc8a35 Bug 1240913 - Swap page state between tabs and RDM viewports. r=ochameau 
This change brings the following improvements to RDM:

* Page state is preserved when toggling in and out of RDM
* Session history is no longer manipulated, so the tool UI won't end up in the
  tab's back-forward page list.

Known issues to be fixed later:

* The browser UI is not hooked up to the viewport browser
* Restarting the browser with the tool open shows a confused, empty RDM

941455f6fb Bug 1240913 - Add @allowfullscreen to appease swapFrameLoaders. r=ochameau 
We don't really need fullscreen access here, but we do need the same access to
browser features as regular browser tabs.  The `swapFrameLoaders` platform API
we use compares such features before allowing the swap to proceed.

30b2b7ce44 Bug 1271084 - Apply ESLint autofixes to ignored /devtools files. r=tromey 
For simple rules like function spacing, we can auto-fix these across the code
base so they are followed in a consistent way.

To generate this patch, I ran:

./mach eslint devtools --no-ignore --fix

After this, I reverted any changes to third party files that we really do want
to ignore.

8e50d588fd Bug 1269872 - adjust manifests of all jobs that require a gpu. r=RyanVM,jgilbert 
dom/media/tests/mochitests/test_peerConnection_captureStream_canvas_webgl.html has an issue on android as it is moved from mochitest-media -> mochitest-gpu.
dom/bindings/test/test_integer.html uses experimental-webgl, it might need to be picked up in a future cleanup.

102c0402cd Bug 1253869 - Don't assume that rule in the Rules view match the selected node when checking for overidden properties. r=gl 
Unmatched rules created via the "Add New Rule" button was wrongfully make other rules look not applied.
Fix returned isMatching boolean in PageStyleActor's function when the evaluated rule has multiple selectors.
Add CSS rules to make look unmatched rules' properties unmatched, like the rule's selector.
Add tests to make sur we handle unmatch rule selectors right.

The breadcrumbs widget used to have a feature where it would show the first
child of the current selection even the DOM tree hadn't been expanded that
far yet.
This was to allow keyboard navigating the DOM through the breadcrumbs.
The breadcrumbs is a very rarely used widget and this code was unnecessarily
making things complex.
It was decided that this feature would be removed.
Instead, the breadcrumbs now act as simple linear elements in a toolbar and
you can keyboard navigate them with LEFT/RIGHT only. TAB/shift-TAB simply go
in/out of the breadcrumbs widget.

e57616990f Bug 1069829 - 2 - Don't use cssPropertyIsValid in the rule-view UI, get the info from the server instead; r=tromey 
- StyleRuleActors now parse declarations and send them within the form
- Each declaration also contains isValid flag
- Parsing is still done client side for old backends (back compat)
- Declarations are sent with the form, so updated every time the rule changes
- Also made StyleRuleActors send the declarations array for element styles, and made canSetRuleText true for this, since we can simply set the style attribute

5248d37066 Bug 1270139 - don't use inIDOMUtils.colorToRGBA in devtools; r=pbro 
Bug 1266842 missed a spot using colorToRGBA.  Changing this revealed
that the hsltorgb algorithm was a bit off; so this patch changes it to
be a js port of NS_HSL2RGB.

Previously, the targetNodeCb used in TooltipToggle had an inconsistent API. If
returning synchronously, "false" would prevent the tooltip from appearing.
However, if using a promise, resolving "false" would still show the tooltip.
It was needed to reject the promise in this case to prevent the tooltip from
being displayed.

This commit makes TooltipToggle always expect a consistent return value from
this callback, whether it is synchronous, or using promises.
- true -> show the tooltip on the event target
- DOM node -> show the tooltip on the provided node
- false (or falsy value) -> do not show the tooltip

has been extracted to a separate class that can be shared between the

Usability changes to the ruleview autocomplete:
- max suggestions is now capped to 500 to make sure as many suggestions as possible
  as possible are displayed
- vendor-prefixed properties are moved to the end of the list
- !important is no longer the first suggested item
