We don't use aStyleContext inside nsFrameConstructorState::AddChild(), so I
think we should remove it.

When using cmd.exe directly (instead of `x86_x64 Cross Tools Command Prompt for VS 2017`), vcvarsall.bat changes the working directory.
To prevent this, pushd and popd could be used.

This fixes the problem that wdspec tests fail silently when there
is a problem with collecting the file in pytest. For example,
if the Python test file contains a SyntaxError we currently fail
to record this as ERROR, and instead report it as OK.

I modified the algorithm so that it accurately checks for the presence of the `Path` attribute of the cookie, before checking whether it has a value of `/`.
