d3c60663af fix 370967 - crash when focusing the input of an <isindex> and then reloading the document 
(move the (mInputContent)->RemoveEventListenerByIID call from the destructor to Destroy() so that it actually gets called.)

284a5ea424 bug 257868 - remove the nsIPresShell::SetAnonymousContentFor() API, make the frames store strong refs to the anonymous content instead. Decomtaminate nsIAnonymousContentCreator.

31f1898810 Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching. dfe3513814 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell.
