b5e57820bf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. (Exceptions: assigning to static initializers, use in static assertions, as template parameters, etc. These will go away when the relevant compilers have C++11 constexpr support.) r=cjones

562cee8ff8 Bug 680277 - Debug builds should always be compiled with frame pointers. r=khuey. 
This patch creates a new MOZ_FRAMEPTR_FLAGS variable that is used only to
control the frame pointer flags passed to the compiler. It also computes this
flag in a macro so that the toplevel configure and js/src/configure stay in
sync.

29fe1133c5 Bug 677641 - Fix c++0x initializer list error found by clang; r=ted 
The first field in a MDLocationDescriptor is a u_int32_t, so change this cast to the correct type. This fixes an error newer clang versions find in c++ 0x mode.
