bd0498be74 Bug 277122 - XUL preprocessor #else-type conditions are evaluated relative to the result of the previous condition only (with one visible result being that #ifdef/#elifdef/#else/#endif doesn't work correctly if both the ifdef and elifdef conditions are true).
