Make BrowserControl vend a Canvas instead of
BrowserControlCanvas vending a BrowserControl.

This change has nothing to do with mozilla.  It's pure java.

Found some more instances where the DOM spec says that it is not an error
  to return a NULL. Do not throw exceptions in these cases.
