  and update code for MarshalToolkitImpl::read/ride Array in order to use
  arrays of interfaces)
  
* Add handling of AddRef, Release and QueryInterface to RemoteObjectProxy

* Implement smarter Dispatcher and RPCChannel.
  In order to use it in multi threading environment.
