ensure that it is packaged correctly. Forgot to note in my previous checkin that these files are NOT PART OF THE BUILD.

This is ViXEn - the Visual XUL Environment.

This is a Visual application builder in the VB/Delphi/Dreamweaver tradition, but for XUL.
