document	(accidentaly checked in with no comment before)bug=34896 getting createElementNS implemented for nsHTMLDocument. this should just be implemented in nsDocument with nsXMLDoc inheiriting also. i will do that when m16 is gone. this allows the editor to create its html elements despite being in a xuldocument. r=hyatt a=beppe	2000-06-07 01:17:23 +00:00
