txtsvc is ambiguous name, so we should use functional name instead. XPIDL_MODULE still keeps 'txtsvc' because 'spellchecker' is already used by extensions/spellchek/idl. And all IDLs for editor may move to /editor since most IDLs for editor is on /editor.
