Eric Rahm f296bb10b2 Bug 1174785 - Part 0: Use mozilla/StaticPtr.h in signaling. r=jesup ... Moving xpcom/glue/Logging.h to xpcom/base/Logging.h causes build failures in signaling due to include conflicts.
