Boris Zbarsky bf4f2a0bac Bug 1435483 part 1. Stop using nsIXPCException in devtools code. r=ochameau ... This code has never worked correctly. Bug 911258 landed on 2013-09-09 and removed the initialize() method from XPConnect exceptions. This code landed two days after that.
