Justin Lebar e73a12f35f Bug 819791 - Part 3: Make typeof nsTArray == typeof InfallibleTArray. r=bz
Also make typeof nsAutoTArray == typeof AutoInfallibleTArray and switch
files to using nsTArrayForwardDeclare.h.
