kostello 150ca7f331 Made SetStyleContext take the presentation context as a parameter
Made DidSetStyleContext virtual, since we need to override the behavior in subclasses
Moved attribute setting logic from nsTableCell to nsTableCellFrame
Table Borders are being drawn again : )
Table Padding is being displayed
