Mike Hommey 09dc362a61 Bug 1306327 - Use the new XRE Bootstrap API in Desktop Firefox. r=bsmedberg
This just wraps all the XRE method calls to go through the Bootstrap API
instead of relying on the XPCOM glue methods.
