Robert O'Callahan 1f1a970697 Bug 459613. When we tear down a textcontrol frame, tell its editor that we're blowing away the frame tree so it doesn't try to clear the spellcheck selection, which not only wastes time but does GetPrimaryFrame for during frame destruction which is a no-no. r+sr=mats

Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications.
