Remove dependency on nsIClassInfo.h from nsISupports.h (bug 330420). This adds a new nsIClassInfoImpl.h file which can be included to get the CI implementation macros. Also, removes unneeded inclusion of nsIProgrammingLanguage.h from nsIClassInfo.h. r=darin.
