This patch makes accessible module use `mozilla::PresShell` directly rather than via `nsIPresShell`. Additionally, renames `DocAccessible::PresShell()` to `DocAccessible::PresShellPtr()` for avoiding conflict with using `PresShell` in it and its sub classes.
