Nikki Sharpley 9eec24a901 Bug 1554239 - [mozlog] Add new test for known_intermittent in tbpl and grouping formatters r=jgraham 
This patch adds support for the known_intermittent field in the html,
and grouping formatters. Tests have been added to check the new
field in grouping and tbpl formatter tests.

Mozbase

Mozbase is a set of easy-to-use Python packages forming a supplemental standard library for Mozilla. It provides consistency and reduces redundancy in automation and other system-level software. All of Mozilla's test harnesses use mozbase to some degree, including Talos, mochitest, and reftest.
