Nathan Froyd 539722902f Bug 1050398 - remove intl/unicharutil/tools/Makefile.in; r=mshal ... EX_LIBS is completely unused, and uses a dodgy mechanism of getting glib's libraries to boot. We could have moved the CFLAGS bit over to moz.build, but the only C file in this directory, ucgendat.c, doesn't use anything from glib.
