Cykesiopka 35ac12c63d Bug 1331983 - Avoid non-smart string IDL types in nsIX509CertDB.idl. r=gcp,keeler,nwgh 
Smart string classes like nsCString are safer to use than raw |char*| strings,
and are typically easier to deal with as well.
