The only caller of HTMLEditRules::ReturnInParagraph() is HTMLEditRules::WillInsertBreak(). It should use EditorDOMPoint for storing selection start. Then, this patch makes what is set to ReturnInParagraph() clear. So, the point ReturnInParagraph() is always start of selection.
