Emilio Cobos Álvarez 370bce32dc Bug 1758702 - Allow ThreadSafeWeakPtr<IncompleteType> to work. r=glandium 
This will be used to avoid problematic includes from WorkerPrivate.h,
and it matches the behavior of RefPtr<> and WeakPtr<>.
