Mitchell Hentges 38e0a4b340 Bug 1550832 - synchronize makefile blacklist with mozbuild variables r=rstewart ... As we migrate from makefiles to moz.build, we want to warn developers if variables only used by moz.build are accidentally defined in a makefile. This was the purpose of `MOZBUILD_VARIABLES` in recursivemake.py, though it became out-of-date.
