By replacing nsWebBrowser's implementation of the nsIBaseWindow.initWindow and nsIBaseWindow.create with a new static nsWebBrowser::Create method we make it possible to pass arguments directly when creating an nsWebBrowser, for example the opener BrowsingContext.
